Respect is a two-way street. If you want to receive it, be prepared to give it in return.
People will only disrespect you for as long as you tolerate it. The worst kind of disrespect you can get is from yourself. Love yourself, value yourself, and respect yourself. Carry yourself like royalty. In your eyes you should be seen as nothing less than a queen/King. Self respect can’t be bought on a clothing rack or obtained by modesty. It comes from knowing what you’ll accept & what you won’t. Its about knowing your worth, knowing who you are, & loving yourself because of it. Your value doesn’t decrease based on someone’s inability to see your worth. Your boss may be less appreciative, you know your worth. People these days gain attention by losing respect. Respect lasts longer than attention. Respect yourself first so you can be able to respect others, you will be respected.
You’re a boss not a WordPress post. People don’t have to like you but they WILL respect you. Being respected has much greater value than being liked.

Stop Talking and Communicate!
My Mr. and I we talk, a lot. And we talk a lot with each other. I know a lot of you are thinking, well that’s great, communication is a building block or even the main foundation of a good relationship and that is true.
But sometimes a little quiet is nice too. You know how they say (who is ‘they’ anyway…?) you know you are really comfortable with someone when you can sit in a room together and be quiet together with out it being awkward? Well that never happens with us, unless we are watching a movie, playing a video game, mad at each other or the kids are around etc. (which covers most of everyday..)

THE SILLY BOY
A young man goes to a pharmacy and says to the pharmacist “hello, could you give me a condom”. I’m going to my girlfriend for dinner and I think i may be with a chance. The pharmacist gave him the condom as the young man goes out, he returns and says to the pharmacist “give me another one because my girlfriend’s sister is very cute too. She always crosses her legs in a provocative manner when she sees me and I think I mighty strike lucky there too”. The pharmacist gave him another condom and as the boy was leaving he returns back and says “go on give me one more condom because my girlfriend’s mother is still pretty cute when she sees me she always makes eyes and since she invited me for dinner, I think she is expecting me to make a move. During dinner the young man is sitting with his girlfriend on his left, the sister on his right, and the mother facing him. When the dad gets there, the boy lowers his head and starts praying “dear lord, bless this dinner and thank you for all you gives us”. A minute later the boy is still praying “thank you lord for your kindness”. Ten minutes passes and the boy is still praying keeping his head down. The others look at each other surprised and his girlfriend is even more surprised than the others. She gets close to the boy and says in his ear,”I didn’t know you were so religious”. The boy replies “I didn’t know your dad was a pharmacist.
